Selected specially formulated resins, coupling agents, reinforcing agents, and dispersants are used to coat the particles, and the chemical composition is modified to solve the problem of traditional consolidated sand not being able to consolidate in low-temperature alkaline environments. An enhancer is also used in conjunction, which primarily functions to significantly strengthen the bonding strength between the consolidated sand particles at low temperatures without increasing the deformation of the coated sand, in order to achieve the effect of "significantly increasing strength without sacrificing the permeability of the artificial wellbore (synthetic core)."
It can cure in both alkaline and neutral media, and after curing, it can withstand alkali liquid immersion, with high consolidation strength and good sand prevention effect. It has the functions of preventing sand production from the formation, preventing proppant embedment into the formation, and preventing proppant flowback.
