The product involves sequentially coating the surface of the aggregate with a transition layer, reinforcement layer, curable functional layer, and an inert layer. The transition layer and reinforcement layer enhance the compressive strength of the proppant; the functional layer enables curing at low temperatures; the inert layer ensures that no cohesion occurs during transportation and storage, and consolidation occurs under specific temperatures, pressures, and humidities after being injected into the formation. This not only prevents proppant flowback and reduces embedment but also provides resistance to cyclic loading, and it also reduces the possibility of turbulent flow and the impact of non-Darcy flow of formation fluids. This product is suitable for low-temperature formations and can consolidate and cure at temperatures where traditional consolidation was thought to be impossible, thus effectively preventing proppant flowback in low-temperature wells.
