Linzhou Fengbao Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. is a seamless carbon steel pipe manufacturer which integrating iron making, steel making, pipe rolling, heat treatment and pipe threading. The steel making annual capacity 2.3 million tons. Pipe rolling annual capacity 1.5 million tons. Heat treatment annual capacity 700,000 tons. And OCTG threading annual capacity 170,000 tons.
Linzhou Fengbao Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. to ensure the product traceability by heat from billet to finishing pipe. Production line equipped with magnetic flux leakage, eddy current, ultrasonic, magnetic powder, hydrostatic pressure and other non-destructive testing equipment, which can realize the functions of detecting longitudinal, transverse, internal and external defect, lamination, full-length thickness measurement and etc. Company has an independent quality testing center, which can carry out testing according to relevant standards and customer requirements, including chemical composition, mechanical property, metallographic structure, impact test, scanning electron microscopy, corrosion resistance test, autoclave test, etc.
Our company has been approved by ISO9000 quality management system, national special equipment manufacturing license, American Petroleum Institute(API), classification society, environmental management system, occupational health management system and European Conformity(CE).
Linzhou Fengbao Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. cooperate with EPC and oil company for long. Products are exported to Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe, Africa and other countries and regions.
