1. Product description
WF-YT225 Drilling mud defoamer is mainly composed of silicone grease, modified polysiloxane, Adopting a unique
process emulsification from the white emulsion which has obvious effect on eliminating stubborn small foam in operation,
it also have good effect of defoaming, inhibiting foam and degassing.
This product disperses type is good, can very good disperses in the slurry, the mud, this product is acid and alkali
resistance, high speed shear resistance, high temperature resistance, has no side effect to other additives.
For which mainly used to restrain stubborn foam caused by various reasons in mud.
2.Characteristics
● High temperature stability, suitable for high temperature system
● Eliminate the foam quickly and restrain the foam for a long time

3.Method of use
Can be used directly or after dilution. Generally speaking, the recommended dosage of 0.01 to 0.3% can effectively
eliminate and prevent foam regeneration, but the optimal dosage should be determined through field testing, depending
on the mud ratio and drilling requirements.
4.Packing and storage
Use 25kg, 200kg, 1000kg packaging or negotiation packaging, sealed at room temperature to avoid light storage, to avoid long-term exposure to extreme hot and cold environment, the shelf life of the product is 1 year.
