1. Product introduction
The WF-804 corrosion inhibitor used in cooling water system is mainly composed of a variety of complexing agents, dispersants, film forming agents, surfactants, etc. Organic complex of oxygen atoms in the organic complex adsorb iron, calcium and other metal ions or iron atoms with partial positive charge to form coordination bonds, and finally produce a layer of insoluble chelating film covering the surface of carbon steel and other metals. This film has large resistance and can isolate the metal from the corrosive medium in water, thus playing a role in inhibiting corrosion.
The WF-804 corrosion inhibitor for cooling water system has the characteristics of fast film forming speed, fine and uniform film quality, good chemical stability and low corrosion rate. Corrosion inhibitor for WF-804 cooling water system has strong adaptability to water quality and is not interfered by harmful ions such as copper and iron in water. Corrosion inhibitor for WF-804 cooling water system is mainly used for pre-film of hot air exchange equipment and pipes after the new device of circulating cooling water system is started or the system is repaired, so that a protective film is formed on the metal surface. 3. Method of use
The concentration of corrosion inhibitor for WF-804 cooling water system is generally 60-80mg/L. The pre-film time is 48-72 hours in cold state and 24-48 hours in hot state.
