RX-201 Corrosion inhibitor for water injection treatment
1. Product introduction
Water injection is the most effective way to achieve stable production, due to the complex water quality of oilfield wastewater, HS, CO, O, CI, mineral salts, and other corrosive media are dissolved in different degrees. In the process of injection, it is easy to cause corrosion of equipment and pipeline, which affects oilfield production. RX-201 oil produced water corrosion inhibitor is a highly effective water injection corrosion inhibitor composed of strong polar imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt as the main ingredient, and then added alcohol, osmotic agent, surfactant and so on.
The product has excellent corrosion inhibition effect for CO, H.S and high salinity brine systems, and can reduce the corrosion rate to less than 0.076mm/a, which has good compatibility with other oilfield chemicals.
2. Product feature (Meet SY/T5273-2014 standard requirements)
Excellent alkali resistance, high temperature resistance, shear resistance;
Maintain excellent continuous defoaming capacity at low dosage;
No gel precipitation and no negative effect on the subsequent process;
Easy to disperse in water, non-toxic and harmless;
3. Application
This product is used for anticorrosion of oil field water injection pipeline and equipment.
4. Product feature
This product has excellent corrosion inhibition effect on CO, HS and high salinity brine system;
It has high corrosion inhibition rate, small dosage, non-toxic, good water solubility, and good compatibility with other oilfield chemicals.
5. Method of use
Add according to the standard and process (generally, the concentration is 50ppm), and the amount can meet the requirements of on-site production.
6. Package and guarantee period
The product is packed in plastic drum with net weight of 200kq or 25kg per barrel. Or according to customer requirements packaging.
Stored in a cool, dry, and ventilated place, valid for 1 year.
Avoid contact with eyes, skin and clothes; otherwise, rinse with plenty of water.
