3．Descriptions of Goods/Services:

标段一：Section 1:Generator Repair，The bidding scope is to provide the generator repair services in WQ2. Please refer to Annex 1.（具体内容报名后获取）

4．Delivery time/Service Time: 45 day after the receipt of the PO(As per Company’s request)

5．Delivery place/Service Time：The WQ 2 oilfield(As per Company’s request)

6．Bid Closing Date and Time:Beijing Time2026-03-23 17:30

II. Qualification Requirements for Bidders

1.Basic Qualification Conditions for Bidders

(1) The bidder must have independent legal person status, possess the right to independently conclude contracts and the ability to perform contracts, and its business scope must meet the requirements of this project, with general taxpayer status.

(2) The registered capital of the bidder shall not be less than CNY/RMB 10,000 yuan or more If the registered capital of the bidder is not CNY, it shall be converted into CNY. If the business license does not indicate the registered capital, a capital contribution certificate issued by the industrial and commercial department of the registered location shall be provided.

(3) The bidder should have good bank credit and business reputation, be in good operating condition, not be under an order to suspend operations, have its property taken over, frozen, or in bankruptcy, and have no serious breaches of contract or other dishonest behaviors within the past three years.

(4) Legal entities with the same legal representative shall not participate the tender at the same time. A parent company may not tender simultaneously with its wholly-owned subsidiary and/or holding company.

(5) No joint tenders are accepted.

(6) Specified Requirements/Qualification:Vendors will be considered non-compliant if they fail to submit documentation proving their past work experience, or if the submitted proof is insufficient, unclear, or contains other issues.
