3．Descriptions of Goods/Services:

标段一：Section 1:Liquid Nitrogen，Expected quantity:1,660 Ton（Please refer to Attachment 1 for details），Attachment 2（具体内容报名后获取）

4．Delivery time/Service Time:Delivery will be made within 24 hours after the order is placed(As per Company’s request)

5．Delivery place/Service Time：HLY：Halfaya； WQ2：WQ2 Anton Base camp, FAO oilfield, Tuba Oilfield, WQ1；EBS：East Baghdad；KEC：KEC Block9 Anton Basecamp；Ahdeb：Ahdeb oil region.(As per Company’s request)

II. Qualification Requirements for Bidders

1.Basic Qualification Conditions for Bidders

(1) The bidder must have independent legal person status, possess the right to independently conclude contracts and the ability to perform contracts, and its business scope must meet the requirements of this project, with general taxpayer status.

(2) The registered capital of the bidder shall not be less than CNY/RMB 10,000 yuan or more If the registered capital of the bidder is not CNY, it shall be converted into CNY. If the business license does not indicate the registered capital, a capital contribution certificate issued by the industrial and commercial department of the registered location shall be provided.

(3) The bidder should have good bank credit and business reputation, be in good operating condition, not be under an order to suspend operations, have its property taken over, frozen, or in bankruptcy, and have no serious breaches of contract or other dishonest behaviors within the past three years.

(4) Legal entities with the same legal representative shall not participate the tender at the same time. A parent company may not tender simultaneously with its wholly-owned subsidiary and/or holding company.

(5) No joint tenders are accepted.

(6) Specified Requirements/Qualification:Abandoned bid items：1、Bidders must meet the minimum supply requirement of 8 tons per order;2、The payment term of the bidder must meet the requirement that the payment will be made 3 months after the first party receives the corresponding invoice and verifies it to be correct after the goods have been delivered without prepayment and passed the acceptance inspection. Otherwise, it will be treated as a invalid bid.Those that do not meet the above conditions will be treated as invalid bids.

1．Obtaining Time:2025-04-23to2026-04-16(worktime 9:30—17:30).
