HM-307 plugging remover for low permeability
oilfield has excellent effect on scale and plugging removal of iron oxide scale
and compound scale. HM-307 is ideal for plugging removal in low permeability
oilfield. Compared with traditional mud acid, organic acid and complexing
agent, it is far more efficient, safer and environmentally friendly.
HM-307 is a faint yellow liquid with a pH value of
3.0 - 4.5. It is non-toxic, non-flammable and non-explosive. This agent belongs
to a thermodynamically stable system with excellent heat resistance. The
service temperature ranges from room temperature to 160℃. It is non-corrosive to oil
extraction equipment, has extremely high solubility, wettability and
permeability. It can effectively remove scale, iron oxide, etc., and the scale
removal rate is greater than 95%. The scale and plugging removal process does
not cause damage to rock structure of the reservoir, and the plugging radius can
reach 2-5 meters. Below 90 ℃, the corrosion rate
is far lower than the requirements of HG/T2387-2007 Quality Standard for
Chemical Cleaning of Industrial Equipment and SHT 3547-2011 Code for
Construction and Acceptance of Chemical Cleaning of Petrochemical Equipment and
Pipelines, and the corrosion rate of carbon steel is lower than 6.0g/(㎡·h). A high temperature corrosion
inhibitor may be required above 90℃
up to 160℃. This agent does not
contain organic chlorine, toxic and hazardous chemicals, and qualifies as
general chemicals. The reaction of HM-307 with CaCO3 and MgCO3 is rapid. The
process does not generate white flocs or organic calcium deposits, or cause
secondary pollution, nor needs any flowback treatment.
